Headroom was born out of the need of the hour.

New Delhi has shown a fast emerging talent for media and an there is an upswing emergence of television production agencies, music bands/performers, event management companies, advertisement firms, theatre companies/puppetry, choreography teams, individual/freelance film and documentary film makers etc.

Music and audio remains central to all these and that’s where we come into the picture.

The passion for music started off at an early age and soon led into a hybrid of activities, which started off with a distinction diploma in sound engineering from Mumbai, music records produced for bands, complete soundtracks produced for theatre plays and puppet shows, live events across Delhi and Mumbai, regular performances across the length and breadth of the country and not to mention, a radio jockeying stint on a popular Delhi radio station!
In fact we’ve even worked for a record label to know the insights of how they function, what a recording contract means for a musician, what is music publishing and how does the money flow.
